7-Day Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
To request a return, please email sales@rockchips.net and include:
- Your order number;
- Proof of payment;
- Whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.
Please do not return the product before receiving return instructions from us by email.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the returned product must:
- Be free from physical damage;
- Be fully functional;
- Have all ports, connectors, and interfaces intact.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund or replacement.
Refunds and Replacements
Customers may choose either a refund or a replacement.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Rockchips.net will cover the return shipping costs if:
- The product has a quality defect;
- The product was damaged during shipping;
- The customer received the wrong product.
